#i feel like i never see gifsets of this moment #because everyone seems to focus on the end where rose is crying and he disappears etc. #but this moment is so heartbreaking all by itself #because she comes to the beach expecting him to pick her up and take her with him #and instead she gets a projection #a projection of him still locked in another universe #a projection of him fighting so hard just to get a chance to see her for one last time that he literally kills a star #just to get the chance to see her face and hear her voice for barely even four minutes #this gifset shatters my heart pretty much (via winterinthetardis)
